The information on this website is for general information only; it does not replace diagnosis, treatment or an examination by a doctor. Emergencies
In an emergency such as sudden loss of vision, severe eye pain, a chemical burn or an eye injury, do not use the website form or WhatsApp; call 112 (the emergency number in Türkiye) or go to the nearest emergency department.
Appointment requests
Forms submitted through the website are appointment requests; an appointment is confirmed once we have contacted you and agreed on a date and time together. Requests are answered during working hours. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information on the form.
